Personal Training Late and Cancellation Policy
Dear JD Fitness Client:
I am thankful for the opportunity to help you set and achieve your fitness goals in order to improve your total wellness and quality of life. My promise to you is a personalized, exciting, and challenging personal training experience. In order for me to help you reach your goals, I need your commitment and cooperation to your workout schedule and our agreement. Scheduling is always an adventure for the personal trainer and the client. A missed Opportunity by client usually results in a non productive hour for me. Although, emergencies, illnesses, work issues, misconstrued schedules, and disinterest in training arise, you must reschedule your appointment within 30 day time frame. Requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy under such circumstances will be discussed on an individual basis.
LATE POLICY
- If you have not contacted me within 15 minutes of being late, your training session will be completed in the remaining time allocated from the original appointment.
- You are subject to losing your appointed training session if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Unless you reschedule a mess or cancel appointment within the same month you will miss/lose that session for that month.
- All future training sessions will be on a JD Fitness scheduling website. Each subsequent session will be set up on a flex schedule as appointment time become available.
