1- Has your doctor ever told you that you have a heart condition or have you ever suffered a stroke?
2- Do you ever experience unexplained pains in your chest at rest or during physical activity/exercise?

1- Make sure that you have eaten a substantial meal at least 1 ½ hours prior to your workout. Do not come to your workout on an empty stomach; It may cause fainting and dizziness.
2- Bring a towel and a water bottle to every session.
3- Make sure you have good, supportive footwear.
4- Please bring Ventolin if you are an asthmatic.
5- We all have good and bad days so it is important to communicate with me so that i can tailor your workout to suit you.
6- All sessions are to be paid prior to training session.

- Cancellations by you the client must be made 24 hours prior to the session. Failure to do so will incur a full session fee.
- Cancellation by the trainer failing a 24 hour notice will result in a complimentary session to the client.

I understand that I'm participating to activities that include physical exercise. All exercise activities involve a risk of injury. By choosing to participate to this session and any further activities organised by Gabriel Ripamonti and RipFitness I voluntarily assume there may be a certain risk of injury. If I experience any pain or discomfort I will listen to my body, adjust or change the exercise, inform and seek assistance from my trainer.
I understand that physical activity is not safe under certain medical conditions and take full responsibility for making the informed decision to participate.
I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against my trainer, Gabriel Ripamonti.
