2022-2023 Leadership Academy Application

USA Fencing will be accepting a maximum of 20 candidates into a diverse inaugural Leadership Academy class. In order to graduate from the program, all applicants must attend at least 8 of the 10 sessions held between September and June in order to graduate. Candidates are not required to have past experience in leadership roles within USA Fencing, but should be interested in becoming involved as a future leader in areas such as committees, resource teams, refereeing, club ownership or development, tournament staff, athlete or coach development, international relations, etc.
