    The designers recommend choosing your size based on your largest measurement and altering the gown to fit your other measurements.

    ** Should this garment require alterations, any charges incurred for this service are not included in the price of the garment. **

    Shipping Notes:

    We will ship your dress for an additional charge of $20 per garment (Continental U.S. Only) at your request. Garments will not be shipped unless paid in full.
  • Agreement
    On the corresponding receipt you agree with the size, color and material requested. It is important to note that the size you have ordered (when applicable) is a standard size and is not custom made to your measurements. You agree that you have reviewed with your consultant the manufacturer's size chart and wish to order the size listed on the corresponding invoice. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE CORRECT ITEM IS BEING ORDERED, MEANING THE PRODUCT ID NUMBER LISTED ON THE INVOICE CORRELATES WITH THE ITEM YOU ARE ORDERING (I.E. CONFIRM THAT THE PID NUMBER IS CORRECT, COLOR, ETC.).

    Alterations are usually necessary and are never included with the purchase of a gown. Do not be alarmed if your dress is large during your first fitting, it is absolutely normal. Merchandise must be fully paid for prior to any alterations being started.

    In the event that your order is cancelled, you WILL BE charged a cancellation fee. Orders not placed with the manufacturer will automatically be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Orders that have been placed with the manufacturer will be charged a 50% cancellation fee IF manufacturer is able to accommodate request. In the event that the manufacturer CANNOT cancel the order, you will be required to pay any remaining balance or you may avoid further liability by choosing not to pick up your merchandise thus, forfeiting your deposits and your merchandise.

    Any remaining balance on your merchandise must be paid in full at the appointment when your merchandise is first tried on or within 30 days of your merchandise arriving at Rina's Bridal Boutique (whichever comes first). All merchandise not picked up within 30 days will automatically be charged storage fees unless prior arrangements have been made (merchandise storage cannot exceed original wear date).

    Merchandise NOT picked up by the wedding date on corresponding receipt becomes the property of Rina's Bridal Boutique and will be subject to immediate sale.

    The average shipping time for a bridesmaid dress is 3-5 months from the time the manufacturer accepts the order however, there are no guarantees of this time frame. Some of the manufacturer’s shipping times can be less than the 3-5 month industry standard. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE NOR MAKE COMPENSATION FOR ACTIONS WHICH OCCUR OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL (i.e. manufacturer delay/early arrival, or defect, dye variance, etc.).

    IMPORTANT: ALL bridesmaid orders will be placed when Rina's Bridal Boutique has received orders and payments from each bridesmaid in the bridal party. Bridesmaid orders WILL NOT be placed individually. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure we receive all bridesmaid information with enough time to get the dresses in store.

    "Rush" orders are placed for you at YOUR OWN RISK and delivery by any date is subject to the manufacturer's schedule and/or availability. By placing this order with a Rush delivery, you understand that there may or may not be enough time to correct any merchandise imperfections in the event that there are any.

    We will notify the bride via email upon arrival of your merchandise and therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address. In the event that we need to contact you directly, it is your responsibility to provide both an accurate phone number and email address. We require that you come in to inspect the items you have ordered within 7 days, we have a very limited period of time to return the merchandise to the manufacturer and to get it back to the store for your special day if there happens to be any problems with it.

    Please remember to call and book an appointment 24 hours ahead of time so that your merchandise can be pulled from storage for your inspection; again these appointments are done MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (not Saturday).

    MERCHANT GIVES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, ALTERABILITY,CLEANABILITY/DRY CLEANABILITY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH ANY PURCHASE UNDERTHIS CONTRACT, OR SUBSEQUENT ALTERATIONS THAT ARE PERFORMED AT ANY LOCATION.

    ALL SALES ARE "AS IS," FINAL & I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT;
