We butcher our premium grassfed beef on a seasonal basis.

We are now taking pre orders for Fall 2024. Most of the seasons beef will be delivered August-December 2024. You will choose your delivery month on the order form.

Delivery is to Winnipeg, Brandon and our surrounding rural area.

Farm Pick up also available or we can meet/deliver along highway #2 between Glenboro and Oak Bluff.

Meat comes cut, wrapped, labelled and frozen.

Our cattle are raised and finished on a forage (grass) based diet. We use planned grazing and move our animals daily to fresh pasture.

The beef are butchered at 24-29 months of age at an inspected butcher shop and dry aged for 15-21 days.

2024 Pre-Orders: We are now taking orders for whole beef, 1/2 beef and 1/4 beef packages (see options), 30 lb traditional cuts packages, 30 lb slow cooker packages, and 10 lb steak packages. We are also taking pre orders for bulk ground beef packages * limited *


IMPORTANT NOTE: Our prices are based on the actual pounds of meat you receive, not on the hanging carcass weight. Many farms sell bulk beef by the carcass weight + processing with a dress out from carcass to cut and wrapped meat of about 60%. We find using carcass weight pricing unnecessarily confusing. Our 1/2 beef is always 180 lbs of meat cut and wrapped. This is the amount of cut and wrapped meat that comes from a 300 lb hanging side of beef. Our 1/4 beef is always 90 lbs of meat cut and wrapped. This is the amount of cut and wrapped meat that comes from a 150 lb hanging quarter.

ADD ONS: If you are ordering any of the below listed packages and you want to add something on (ex. an extra 10 lb of ground beef, 5 lbs of filet mignon, 5 lbs of stewing beef, beef liver, oxtail, whatever) there is a comment box at the bottom of this form where you can place those requests. Some cuts are more limited ex oxtail, filet, but we will our best to fill all of your requests.
