    SMART LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
    SMART Learning Objectives were developed and agreed upon by the student, Site Supervisor, and Work Experience faculty at the 1st site visit as projects/tasks for the student to work on. Ratings are determined before or during the second site visit at the end of the term.

    EVALUATION PROCESS:

    Work Experience is designed to help students develop professional skills through hands-on experience.

    EVALUATION PROCESS: Student AND Site Supervisor both complete the Final Evaluation separately (2 form submissions) at the end of the semester to rate the student's performance and skills.

    STUDENT - Rate your own individual (self-reflection) overall performance and ability of each of these 21st Century workplace skills used throughout your Work Experience placement.

    SITE SUPERVISOR - Rate the student's overall performance and ability of each of these 21st Century workplace skills used throughout their Work Experience placement at your company.

    Ratings of student performance of each skill will be shared with the student, Work Experience Instructor, Site Supervisor to be discussed at the 2nd site visit of Work Experience.
