This application must be filled out by a Parent, Guardian, or Coach otherwise it is null and void.

Kids must be ages 4-19.

Solo dancers and groups are encouraged to participate as long as their unit is appropriate for a “family” event. Music and / or routine must be kid friendly.

No profanity. No offensive or lewd presentation or representation will be allowed. Any inappropriate or improper dress, conduct or behavior will not be tolerated. Exhibits and music must not be in bad taste or otherwise arranged so as to cause harm or give offense to spectators or other participants in the competition.

Decisions of Inside Out Center, Inc. are final and are not subject to review by any other body.
