Sumter County Farmers Federation Scholarship
$1,000 Annual Scholarship. Students must reapply each year to be considered.
Students wishing to be considered for this scholarship must:
- Be a resident of Sumter County, Alabama
- Be a member of the Sumter County Farmers Federation with the membership held in the student's name
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Be actively enrolled in an academic program seeking a degree or enrolled in a credentialing or certifying program that will result in the attainment of a credential, license, or other certification regardless of whether the program is in-state or out-of-state.
- Submit all materials on, or before, Friday, May 1, 2026.
- Priority will be given to students with an immediate family member involved in agriculture
