Thank you for your interest in joining our team for the 2021 Mammoth Festival of Beers & Bluesapalooza. Volunteering is a great way to earn festival tickets, meet new friends, receive a free t-shirt and be part of the show! We appreciate the work of passionate and dedicated volunteers that help make Mammoth Bluesapalooza possible.

Application Deadline: July 16, 2021

All Bluesa Crew members must fill out the following application. You must be 18 years of age to volunteer and you must be at least 21 years of age to participate in any beer tasting.

We have three different levels of volunteer opportunities available:

Individuals who volunteer at one of the below levels will receive a free staff t-shirt and are eligible to receive festival tickets as noted below. All Saturday and Sunday tickets include music & beer tasting, applicable to that day’s events, but do not include food coupons.

Level 1: Volunteer at least 6 hours to be eligible for a 1-day festival ticket and one beer coupon*.
Level 2: Volunteer at least 10 hours to be eligible for a 2-day festival ticket and one beer coupon*.

Level 3: Volunteer at least 14 hours to be eligible for a 4-day festival ticket and two beer coupons*.

*Beer coupons are good for one 12 oz. beer or non-alcoholic beverage. Must be at least 21 years of age to exchange. Beer coupons have no cash value, and are good only at the event-site Bluesapalooza bars.

All earned festival tickets can be transferred to a different person (but staff t-shirts only go to the person volunteering). All persons receiving tickets need to be at least 21 years of age to participate in beer tasting. All earned festival tickets are redeemed at the Bluesa Crew check-in tent. Hours must be completed prior to receiving festival tickets.

You will receive an auto-reply after submitting this application. We begin processing applications in June and once your application has been processed, you will receive an acceptance email. Shortly after that, you will be contacted to schedule your shifts at this year’s event.

Volunteer Waiver

In consideration of participating on Bluesa Crew at the 2021 Mammoth Festival of Beers and Bluesapalooza, I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims that I may have against the persons or organizations affiliated with this event and any and all injuries suffered by traveling to or from or while participating in any volunteer/paid activity associated with the Mammoth Festival of Beers and Bluesapalooza or its associates. I understand that in order to be eligible for an earned festival ticket(s), I must complete my scheduled shift(s). If I am working for pay, I understand that I am working as an independent contractor and will receive a Form 1099.
