February - with the Flame magazines and postcards
ALD Flame Postcards (directing students to online version of Flame)
Please indicate the number of Flame postcards you will need. These postcards are typically distributed at induction ceremonies. Postcards will be sent in early February.
ALD Flame Magazines (full printed copies)
This indicates the number of printed magazines you would like. Chapters are limited to 10 printed copies. Magazines will be sent with the postcards in early February.
Please note: The National Office already reserves copies for the scholarship winners. You do not need to include them in your count.

If you don't currently send an invitation letter to the homes of students due to costs, but are interested in doing so, we can assist! We offer grants that can offset the cost of postage, envelopes, etc. Let us know if you'd like to consider a mailing AND have financial assistance.

Do you find that membership invitations and MHS management add too much to your plate? The National Office is happy to take that on for you (uploading lists, sending invitations and reminders, etc). If you'd like us to manage the creating of invitation groups and streamline your messaging, let us know.

This does not mean you'd have less control over student membership! You'll still have the same advisor access to MHS. It's just an opportunity to let the National Office handle for you some of the initial steps involved in sending invitations.
