1. Modifications & Changes
Any requested modifications or changes to your order are not confirmed until written confirmation is provided by our team.

2. Payment Process
Payment is processed at the time of ordering and all orders are considered final when paid.

3. Additional Charges
Some orders may incur additional costs, depending on size, complexity, or special requests. Any such charges will be communicated to you and confirmed before payment is taken.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Special Order items are purchased in advance. We do not accept cancellations within 120 hours (5 Days) of the scheduled pickup or delivery. No refunds will be issued for any reason once we are within the 120-hour window.

5. No Show
Orders that have been confirmed and not collected on the selected date will not be held for health and quality reasons. Replacement orders will require another payment and no refunds will be given.
