Please be advised that if the work requested is found to be the responsibility of the homeowner; theowner will be responsible for completing the maintenance or repair ‐‐ this includes the payment of any necessary charges. If the repair is not made in a timely manner, and it affects the appearance of the neighborhood, the Association reserves the right to complete the repair/maintenance and bill the homeowner for all associated charges.
