If your daughter will be U13 - School Year 8 - next year then she is too old to join Young Antlers. The next step on our Performance Pathway requires a nomination from her HERTFORDSHIRE BASED club or school (should they feel she is of a required standard for County Cricket) during June / July 2026.

Performance Pathway
Young Antlers is a hard ball cricket programme and is open to all players who have experienced (or are at least ready to transition into) hard ball cricket. Players need to be able to meet all the fundamental skills of cricket (ie bowl consistently with a straight arm) and have a knowledge of the rules of cricket.
Usually, they will have played a season of club league cricket or two seasons of national programmes (Dynamos cricket)

Young Antlers is the start of the Hertfordshire Performance Pathway. To qualify for the programme applicants must play for a cricket club within Hertfordshire.
