2024 PPR VENDOR PROGRAM
The Premiere Plus Realty "Vendor Program" is an online intranet directory of vendors offering services and information by category, to over 1500 Premiere Plus real estate professionals.

NOTE: Title and Mortgage categories are not available since exclusive agreements are in place with TitlePlus and NEO Home Loans.

The Premiere Plus Realty Vendor Program is available to approved vendors and has a 3-tiered annual fee structure.

  • Business Directory Listing on Agent Workspace displayed to over 1500 agents 24/7.
  • PPR has an exclusive agreement with NEO Home Loans for Mortgage and an in-house Title Company, TitlePlus Closing & Escrow Services. Applications from mortgage and title companies will not be processed.
  • Accepted files; png, jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf (Please - no pixelated or blurry images)
  • Why should our agents have a relationship with you? Do you offer a special package or discount to PPR Agents?

  • Banner Ads

    • Preferred +Plus Tier includes Small Banner Advertisement rotating on side bar of Agent Workspace.

    • Premiere Vendor Tier includes 1 large and 1 small banner ad placed in paid banner rotations in both Agent Workspace locations.
  • Small Banner Ad appears in a grid at the right side of the Agent Workspace Start page along with three other vendor small ads. When ad is clicked, agent is directed to vendor website.
  • Large Banner Ad appears at the top of the START Tab and is displayed at random on each page refresh.

  • (Vendor Spotlight will feature vendors in a regular rotating schedule on our Facebook page. Tell us the verbiage you would like used in the post.)

  • Additional Company Sponsorship Opportunities

    Premiere Plus has a variety of opportunities for vendors to participate. Some may include educational lunch and learns, food hosts, and table sponsors at small to large events. These are great opportunities to get in front of agents and partners to promote services. Additional sponsorship fees may apply depending on the event. If you are interested and would like to be included on the list to be contacted about event sponsorships, please let us know below.

  • By submitting this application, you agree to advertise on the Premiere Plus Agent Intranet Vendor Directory and understand and agree to pay the charges associated with advertising on the site. Premiere Plus Realty is not responsible for any damages caused or occurred from any leads obtained from advertising on the Vendor Directory.

    Premiere Plus Realty reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
  • I understand that this material may be used in diverse educational and advertisement settings including digital and print media within an unrestricted geographic area for an unrestricted amount of time.
  • Premiere Plus Realty reserves the right to terminate Vendor advertising for any reason, which may be or cause a conflict with Premiere Plus Realty. Upon termination, vendor will be notified in writing and refunded accordingly.
