VIRGINIA FESTIVAL OF THE WHEEL ENTRY APPLICATION

Use this form to apply to have your vehicle considered for the 2023 Virginia Festival of the Wheel Concours.

The Selection Committee carefully reviews all submissions and appreciates your time in properly completing this form and submitting pictures as instructed. You will be notified when your application has been reviewed and acceptances will be sent in the order they are received. Notifications will be made no later than June 1st, 2023.

Cars which won any award at the 2022 Virginia Festival of the Wheel Concours are not eligible for an award at the 2023 show. However, an application may be made as "Not Judged" and the car may be selected to be displayed on the field. Owners are invited to submit applications for other cars from their collections if they have a past winning car.

It is very difficult for the Selection Committee to turn down any vehicle which is obviously a very special car for the owner. If your car is not selected this year, it may mean the class is full or it does not meet the criteria of the Selection Committee. We invite you to consider resubmitting in the future as our classes or criteria may change. Applying to participate is free and, as fellow “car guys”, we always enjoy reading about and seeing pictures of special cars.

If you are accepted to participate in the Concours, there is a $50 fee per car and driver, and $25 per motorcycle. You will receive information to complete registration upon acceptance.

If your car is selected, one picture may be used in the Concours Program, website or other promotional materials.
