  • I acknowledge and agree at the time of registering for this trip, there are no COVID-19 travel requirements for visiting the Bahamas. I acknowledge and agree that these requirements may be changed at any time without notice; to become more stringent or more lenient. I acknowledge and agree that I will either fulfill the requirements or cancel my attendance on the trip. In the event I cancel or fail to meet any requirements as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic, or any other pandemic that may arise, I will be subjected to the applicable penalties for this trip and will receive a refund where/if eligible.
  • I acknowledge and agree that I am eligible to travel outside of the United States, including to the Bahamas. I understand and acknowledge that if I have any criminal background, warrants, owe child support, owe taxes, etc, that may result in my denied boarding by the cruise line or entry to the countries visited by Customs or Immigration, Royal Wanderlust is not liable. I acknowledge and agree that it is my own responsibility to determine my eligibility to travel. I understand that if I am deemed as not eligible to travel, I may not be entitled to any kind of refund.
  • I acknowledge and agree that I am required to have valid travel documents such as valid passport book or if approved by the cruise line an original birth certificate and government issued photo identification card. I understand that failure to obtain proper travel documents will result in my inability to attend this trip and I will be subjected to terms and conditions of this trip. This includes a visa, if/where required.
  • I acknowledge and agree that travel protection is not included for my trip; but is available for purchase. I acknowledge and understand that if I opt out of purchasing travel protection, my trip will be 100% unprotected. I acknowledge that in the event I need to cancel my attendance on the trip for any reason, I will notify Royal Wanderlust immediately; and will be refunded according to the terms and conditions for this trip. If I opt into purchasing travel protection, I acknowledge that I will contact the travel insurance provider as soon as possible to determine if I am eligible for any additional refunds based on my reason for the cancellation and the eligibility guidelines within the policy. Any additional refunds that are deemed eligible under the travel protection benefit is the responsibility of the travel insurance company and will only be processed by said company. Royal Wanderlust holds no responsibility for processing or issuing refunds under the travel protection policy.  
  • I acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy, which is different from Royal Wanderlust company policy.

    *All deposits are nonrefundable after the 7-day grace period, from the date of booking, has expired. After the 7-day grace period to 120-days from the date of departure, travelers will be eligible for a refund, less the deposit, in the form of a future Voyage Credit. Future Voyage Credit is valid on a new sailing up to 1 year from the original voyage date.

    *119-days to 45-days from the date of departure, travelers will be eligible to receive a future Voyage Credit in the amount paid, to be utilized towards a future sailing. Travelers may also elect to transfer the reservation to a new traveler.

    *44-days or less from the date of departure, the sailing is 100% non-refundable. Up to 48-hours prior to the sailing date, travelers may only elect to transfer the reservation to a new traveler.

    I acknowledge and agree that unless I am paying for my trip in full at booking, monthly payments are required for this trip. I agree and acknowledge that monthly payments are due by 11:59 pm CST on the 5th of each month beginning in May 2026, with final payment due by 11:59 pm CST on July 5, 2026.

    I acknowledge and agree that failure to make the agreed upon payments by the due date will result in a $25 late penalty for all payments received after 11:59 pm on the 5th of the month, and $5 per day - each day thereafter (which will be invoiced directly from Royal Wanderlust and due upon receipt). I acknowledge and agree that failure to make the agreed payment(s) by the 15th of the month (including all late penalties) WILL result in my immediate removal from the trip. In addition, failure to make the final payment due by 11:59 pm CST on July 5, 2026, will result in my immediate removal of trip. I further acknowledge and agree that if I make more than two (2) late payments, I will be immediately removed from the trip. Late payments are defined as any payment received after 11:59 pm CST on the payment due date (i.e. 5th of each month). NOTE: All late fees collected by Royal Wanderlust and will not be applied to your trip/balance.

    I further acknowledge and agree to the following should I be removed from the trip for any reason or cancel my spot(s) on this trip, all refunds will be processed by Royal Wanderlust according to the terms and conditions of this trip. If I have purchased travel protection, I will contact the travel insurance company.

    I acknowledge and agree that I have read, understand, and agree to the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
  • I acknowledge and understand that my likeness may appear in some or all photographs on this trip. I give Royal Wanderlust permission for my likeness to be used on social media and/or in advertising by Royal Wanderlust & its affiliates.
  • I acknowledge and agree that I am aware of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), that was declared as a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, and that I am voluntarily traveling during this active pandemic. I am aware that COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread, primarily, from person-to-person contact.

    The cruise lines, airport, airlines, transportation, and applicable Government offices have put into place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, I acknowledge and agree that the airport, airlines, transportation companies, the Bahamian Government, Royal Wanderlust & and its affiliates (vendors, suppliers, etc), can guarantee that I (nor my secondary/third traveler listed) will not become infected with COVID-19 (nor any other virus or disease) as a result of attending this trip. I am aware that participation in this trip could increase my exposure to contract COVID-19 (or any other virus or disease). I understand and acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while on this trip; and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I understand and acknowledge that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 during this trip may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others. I acknowledge and agree to release all stated parties.

    I acknowledge and agree that if I am exposed to or infected by COVID-19 (or any other virus or disease) during my participation on this trip, then I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released.

    I acknowledge that I have had sufficient time to read this entire COVID-19 Disclaimer and should I choose to do so, consult with legal counsel prior to agreeing/proceeding.

    I acknowledge and agree to follow all COVID-19 protocol during this trip, to include but are not limited to: social distancing, maintaining clean hygiene (i.e. hand and face washing using soap or sanitizer, sneezing or coughing into elbow, etc..), wearing of an approved face covering (i.e. mask), COVID-19 testing (if required), and quarantining (if required) during my participation on this trip.

    By paying this deposit, I understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions as provided by Royal Wanderlust. These terms include, but are not limited to: adherence to travel requirements for this trip, acknowledgement that all deposits are non-refundable, a future cancellation will result in a forfeiture of some or all monies paid towards this trip, and a refund may be issued if eligible.
