2025 EDI Micro Grants Report
Recipients of the 2025 EDI Micro Grants Program are required to submit a completed final report as a condition of receiving funding.

The report must be submitted by Friday, September 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., unless an extension has been approved by the London Arts Council in writing. The report should accurately document the project's activities, outcomes, and use of funds.

Failure to submit the required report using the prescribed reporting form may result in:

1. Ineligibility for future funding opportunities administered by the London Arts Council; and

2. A requirement to repay all or a portion of the grant funds, following a reasonable notice period and opportunity to comply.

  • If you received the grant as a collective or ad-hoc group, please provide the name of your collective or group. If your collective or group does not have a formal name, please list the names of all artists who participated in the project.

    If you received the grant as an individual artist, please enter "N/A".
  • The grant recipient must be a resident of London, Ontario, or one of the following eligible First Nations communities:

    Chippewas of the Thames First Nation
    Munsee-Delaware Nation
    Oneida Nation of the Thames

    Key achievements, outcomes, and impacts on your artistic practice.

    Any challenges encountered and how they were addressed.
    Changes to the original project plan, including activities that were modified, postponed, cancelled, or added.
    Audience, community, or participant engagement, where applicable.

    How grant funds were managed and used to support the project.

    The communication methods used to promote the project, engage audiences, and share project outcomes.

  • Please provide a reconciled (actual) budget for your completed project. List all project-related expenses incurred and the actual amount spent for each budget item.

    The budget should accurately reflect the costs associated with the creation, production, and/or presentation of the funded project and demonstrate how the grant funds were used.

    Please include:

    1. A description of each expense.

    2. The actual amount spent for each expense.

    3. Any significant variances between the proposed budget and actual expenditures, if applicable.

    Note: The total of all budget items should equal the total amount of grant funding received. If the total actual expenditures differ from the grant amount received, please provide an explanation.

    This information will help us assess how grant funds were used and evaluate the project's financial management and outcomes.

    The project supported through the 2025 EDI Micro Grants Program was carried out substantially as described in the approved application and within the approved project timeline, unless otherwise authorized by the London Arts Council.

    I/we have accurately reported the activities, outcomes, and expenditures associated with the project.

    Any significant changes to the project's scope, activities, budget, or timeline were communicated to and approved by the London Arts Council in advance through written correspondence.

    I/we understand that the London Arts Council may request additional information or documentation to verify the contents of this report.

    I/we understand that failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the grant may affect eligibility for future funding and may result in a requirement to repay all or part of the funding provided.
