2026 NAFCC Western Regional Conference – Sponsor & Exhibitor Terms
By becoming a sponsor or exhibitor, you agree to the following: Eligibility & Approval Participation is subject to NAFCC approval. Your spot is confirmed only after full payment is received. Payment & Refunds: Payment is due 15 days prior to the conference. All sponsor and exhibitor payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to participate, your payment may be applied toward the 2027 NAFCC National Conference or 2027 NAFCC Regional Conference. Missed deadlines or non-payment may result in loss of benefits or exhibit space. Event Changes: If the event is postponed, relocated, or shifted to hybrid/virtual, your sponsorship will transfer to the revised format. Exhibit Space & Conduct: Booth placement is assigned by NAFCC. Exhibitors must follow all venue rules and maintain professional conduct during the event. Branding & Deliverables: Sponsors must provide logos, ads, and materials by deadlines. Late submissions may affect benefit fulfillment. Use of NAFCC’s logo requires approval. Liability: NAFCC is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury involving exhibitor materials, staff, or property. Data Use: Any attendee information shared must not be sold or misused and must comply with NAFCC’s privacy standards.
