7A. Mixed Pairs (Please Provide Both Full Names):

If you are competing in Mixed Pairs, you need to provide both your full name and your partners full name in the above boxes. If you are not competing in Mixed Pairs, skip to question 8.

8. Height: *

Note: You will have an Official Height Measure at Athlete Check-in, that measurement will be used for any class calculations.

Your Official Height Measurement will be recorded with NABBA NZ.

If you have received an Official NABBA Height Measure previously, please select the first option.

9. Music *

Please select an option above, if you are competing in either the Shape or Body-Board Shorts Classes no music is required so please proceed to Question 10. Everyone one else competing in any other class is required to upload their music in Question 9a below to complete their entry form.

9a. Mp3 File Upload:

Click on the 'Browse' button to search on your computer for your Show Routine Music file (in mp3 format and less than 2Mb in Size).
* Music will need to be named with FULLNAME (ie. Brianna Jones)
* Music should be cut / edited to between 30-60 seconds in duration.
* YOUR MUSIC MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR ENTRY FORM.

10. Fee Payment: *

* NABBA NZ Membership Fee $60.00
* NABBA NZ Membership Renewal $60.00
* NABBA NZ Entry Fee $40.00
* Online Payments can be made into NABBA HQ's Bank Account: 06-0746-0153222-03
Please make sure you REFERENCE your payment with your FULLNAME and SHOW you are competing in (ie. John Smith, Taranaki).
* ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.
* PLEASE BRING PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THE EVENT.
