CIT PROPERTY GROUP RENTAL APPLICATION
Please fill out all fields to successfully submit rental application to CIT PROPERTY GROUP. All adults 18 years or older that will be living at the property and any cosigner must complete this application and pay the $50 Non Refundable Application fee. We require the following as a Minimum expectation a credit score of 600 or better, income of 3 times the rent, positive landlord history, No evictions or eviction filings, recent collections, Foreclosures, No Repos. And bankruptcy must be settled at least 3 years ago. If you do not meet this criteria email us first to explain the circumstances but you must be in a position to put down a higher security deposit or prepay rent in advance to sales-leasing@citpropertygroup.com. Incomplete Applications will not be processed.
