About the Fair:
Open to all holistic & metaphysical practitioners and vendors. The Wellness & Spirit Fair in Nanaimo will showcase many products, services, and resources for growth, and fosters the individual quest for wholeness and self-understanding.

Complete the Exhibitor Registration Steps:
A. Simply select your Exhibitor space and preferred type.
B. Provide your contact & draw prize info.
C. Then SUBMIT this form.
D. Email transfer amount to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete process;

STEP 1 - Select Exhibitor Space (Early Bird)
$135 (Single 8’ Table in 8’x 8’ booth space. Inc. 2 chairs)
$155 (Shared 8’ Table in 8’x 8’ booth space. Inc. 2 chairs)
$215 (Two 8’ Table in 10’x 10’ booth space. Inc. 2 chairs)

Please indicate your preference. Note all prizes & service donation winners will be notified after event by email and directed to company contact to collect their special service or gift.

Terms & Conditions:
• No registrations accepted from MLM companies on this list: http://bit.ly/2DrPKK7
• Payment MUST accompany registration to reserve your listing category and guarantee your exhibitor space.
• If you require AC power source at your booth, kindly please request in the 'comment' section below.
• Load in and set up starts at 7:00 am and MUST be completed by 9:30 am.
• Tables and booths may not be dismantled until after 5:00 pm.
• Please be mindful & respect your neighbour and share positive vibes during this wellness event.
• There is a refund/withdraw option only within 30 days prior to the event.
