About the Fair:
Open to all holistic & metaphysical practitioners and vendors. The Wellness & Spirit Fair in Nanaimo will showcase many products, services, and resources for growth, and fosters the individual quest for wholeness and self-understanding.

  • Please indicate your preference. Note all prizes & service donation winners will be notified after event by email and directed to company contact to collect their special service or gift.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Payment MUST accompany this registration to reserve your listing category and guarantee your exhibitor space.

    • Event runs RAIN or Shine (be prepared)

    • Outside Market tents and power are NOT included! Vendor can bring there own extra tables.

    • Load in and set up starts at 7:00 am and
    MUST be completed by 9:30 am.

    • Tables and booths may not be dismantled until after 5:00 pm.

    • Please be mindful & respect your neighbors and share positive vibes during this exciting wellness event.

    • There is a refund/withdraw option ONLY within 30 days prior to the event.
