Activity Duty Military & Law Enforcement Must Provide Proof of "Active Duty" Service upon submission of Orientation Video Answers. Failure to do so will result in delay or denial of Membership.
Your keycard or windshield access tag will be renewed.
If you have more than 1 gate access method for YOURSELF, enter the number off of the card or windshield access tag that you WISH US to RENEW. Any other cards or tags you have will NOT be granted access.
A Spouse or Dependent(18 to 21yrs old) MUST submit a separate Application.
HOWEVER - There can only be a MAXIMUM of 2 Access Methods per family membership and each of those MUST have completed the Application/Orientation process:
If you are a Spouse or Dependent(18 to 21yrs) without a keycard, enter "0000" as your tag #. You WILL NOT be issued a new keycard/WST using this application.
If you as a Spouse/Dependent(18 to 21yrs) do not have a gate access device (keycard/WST) and wish to purchase one, EXIT THIS FORM and complete the New Spouse/Child member application.
If you have lost/damaged your gate access device (keycard/WST), then enter 123456 and after completing the application process, an email with a link to the Gate Access Replacement Form will be sent. There will be an additional charge of $2.00 to replace keycard and $10.00 for WST.

Release from Liability: In consideration of my involvement with the San Angelo Gun Club, Inc. (SAGC) and its affiliated activities, I agree and acknowledge by checking ALL of the following that:
All shooting and gun related activities have many dangers and risks including personal injury, death or property damage.
As a condition of being allowed to participate in SAGC activities, I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death, and/or property damage.
I hereby release SAGC and its agents, employees, directors, officers, and volunteers from all liability for personal injury, death, and/or property damage.
The previous which results in any way from negligence, conditions on or about the premises and facilities of the club, the operations, actions or omissions of the clubs agents.
I can legally possess firearms in Texas. I am not a member of any organization or group which has as part of its program the attempt to overthrow the United States or any of its political subdivisions by force or violence.
I will comply with the requirements in the current SAGC Range Orientation and other club documented policies and procedures. I will faithfully endeavor to fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and citizenship.
I am over 18 years of age.
I will not loan/give my gate access device to anyone other than a family member who has completed the orientation process and received a Membership ID.
I understand that my online Membership application cannot be processed until I have completed the online orientation video and followed the directions to email the Membership Officer from the video.
