"I have been working in the BPO industry for over 14 years, and I hope that working from home will help me develop my talents even more. I am adept at handling customer service, recruitment, market research, lead generation, and any administrative tasks.
I also worked as a Chart Retrieval Specialist for Altegra Health, also known as Change Healthcare, where we contacted medical facilities and healthcare providers to secure agreements to send medical records via fax or mail. I am proud to say that this was a seasonal account, but they renewed my contract several times after all of my other batchmates' contracts had expired.
I honed my design abilities while working in the printing industry for more than six years, talking to clients over the phone about the designs they want for their business cards, brochures, or posters. I recently worked as a market research analyst for one of the largest IT companies, which serves the majority of apartment and real estate companies in the United States. My job is to work with property managers to gather market information about their properties, then accurately analyze and enter the data.
