Temporary Employment Contract
This temporary contract is between BizWiz Advertising Inc. and the specified Lead Generator below.

GENERAL TERMS
a. This is not permanent employment contract and under no circumstances may it be construed as such.
b.As to previous point, the company is not liable to register the temporary employee for any statutory deductions normally related to permanent staff.
c. The temporary employee should therefore be notified to any benifits that he/she may get in return to the performance standards of the company.
d. That the temporary employee is not responsible for any tax related deductions.
e. That she/he is receiving $2 per hour rendered to his/her work.

TERMS OF WORK

a. The employee is known to be working in their preferred place or location.
b. The employee must provide the required number of leads per hour with complete and precise data.
c.The employee is required to work not less than 4 hours a day or morethan 8 hours a day.
d. The employee is entitled to get the commision or bonus per month according to their lead sales result.
e. The employee is entitled to get the permanent employment within 2 months probation period ,provided the consistency of his/her performance.
f. The employee is free to submit his/her simple resignation letter in order to get the separation fee based on the performance and the number of leads he/she has provided during the employment.

Any terms and Conditions may be changed only with the Knowledge of the Senior Employer and the employee himself/herself.
