    **A deposit of $250.00 per person is required to secure your reservation of which $100.00 per person is non-refundable.

    UNTIL October 1, 2024: ** $250.00 per person - Initial Deposit
    - **December 15, 2024: ** $250.00 per person
    - **January 15, 2025: ** $150.00 per person
    - **February 15, 2025: ** Remaining Balance Final Payment.

    - From booking to December 15, 2024: $100 non-refundable deposit per person
    - December 15, 2024 -January 15, 2025: 10% of room stay is non-refundable
    - January 15, 2025: 30% of room stay is non-refundable
    - After February 15. 2025: 100% of room stay is non-refundable
