Student Intern Agreement
Please acknowledge that you agree to the following terms, associated with being a faciliator at UIFI.
I agree that the my priority as a UIFI facilitator is to guide students through this high-impact experience; building students’ leadership capacity and instill confidence in students to create change in their communities.
I agree to participate in any/all associated trainings provided by AFLV or lead facilitators.
I agree that I will not reprint, reproduce, or reuse the UIFI curriculum or any portions of it in any way without the express written authorization of AFLV.
I will promptly reply to all communication related to UIFI (typically within 48 hours).
I agree to participate in all UIFI activities that I am able to and remain at the host site for the duration of the institute.
I understand UIFI is a substance-free program, and I agree to not bring, use, or consume alcohol or drugs during the program's entirety.
I understand that violations of these expectations will result in my immediate dismissal from UIFI and the host property at my own expense.
