  • $150.00 Entry Fee is required of all participants except for honor roll.

    (Honor Roll: 2022 National Beauty/ Personality / Photogenic or Princess Divisional Winner. 2022/2023 Overall State Queen, 2023 State Beauty/ Personality or Princess Winner.
  • Deadline for Cover Girl is June 10, 2023

    All Print Ready AD's MUST be uploaded to the AD Page Portal on the website in JPEG or PDF Format ONLY by June 10, 2023 10:00 PM.
  • Please upload your Print Ready AD in PDF or JPG format only to our AD Page Portal on the website.

    You must upload the Print Ready AD no later than June 10th, 2023.
  • You can make payments to AAG from now until the June 1, 2023 if you need to.

    ***Accounts NOT Paid In Full by 6/1/23 WILL be bumped up to the full rate of $1725.00 on 6/2/23 NO EXCEPTIONS.***

  • No Entries will be accepted after 10:00 PM June 10, 2023 without approval from National Office.

    Entires after June 10, 2023 may not be printed in the program book and may not qualify for photogenic.

    All entries will still be required to submit the full page program Ad and fee.
  • Please select carefully. Your participant will get the shirt size you choose.
  • Once you submit your forms changes will not be permitted.
  • If you need more meal tickets than the form will allow please indicate so here.

  • By selecting the box above I acknowledge, accept and agree to follow all the terms and conditions set forth by the All American Girl Youth Development Program.
    • Because of advanced preparation and costs, all payments are non-refundable. Where possible we may give you credit for a future pageant. Refunds will be given only if the pageant is cancelled and not rescheduled. If, for any reason, you do not show up or decide not to have your child compete, you forfeit any and all monies paid. I understand and agree that should war, an act of god (hurricane, fire, tornado, earthquake or any other natural disaster), pandemic or an act of man beyond the control of the pageant staff (i.e. terrorists threat and or activity) cause the cancellation of the pageant I will receive no refund; however the pageant will be rescheduled at another time and location if need be. I also acknowledge that changes may need to be made to events for Covid-19 Safety Measures: Face Coverings, Temperature Checks, Physical Distancing & Sanitizing Stations are just a few examples of safety protocols we may need to implement.
  • All American Girl is dedicated to teaching our participants to give back. We are pleased to Announce we have selected Autism Speaks to be our National Charity! Together we can help Strike-Out-Autism! All American Girl will be participating in Many 2023 "Walk Now for Autism Speaks" Walks.

    Donations MUST be made in Advance to our Autism Speaks Fundraising Page. Participants Name Should be placed in the Name Recognition Field.

    Everyone participates in this.
  • All Music MUST BE UPLOADED IN ADVANCE on our website to the Talent Music Portal No Later than June 30th, 2023.

    Music will not be accepted at the pageant.
