Volunteer Commitment Waiver and Release
Commitment: As a TurtleFest 2019 volunteer, I am committing to a schedule per my committee chair. I understand that staff and other volunteers depend on me to meet that commitment and to arrive on time and prepared. If I am unable to be present for a particular shift or period of time, I agree to contact the Volunteer Coordinator immediately.
Release: As a TurtleFest 2019 volunteer, I understand that I am not an employee of the organization and not covered by workers' compensation insurance or other benefits. I agree to accept any and all risks of injury and/or death. Further, I agree to hold harmless and release from liability the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, its directors, officers, and employees in the event of theft, vandalism, injury, loss of life, or personal property. I also give permission for the Loggerhead Marinelife Center to use my photo and/or video in LMC publications and/or on the center's website.

*All volunteers are required to attend the mandatory volunteer pre-event meeting at Loggerhead Marinelife Center Learning Center, 14200 U.S. Highway One, Juno Beach, Florida 33408. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at 5:30p.m.
