Art and Craft Vendors please fill in the following vendor application.

Application Dates below are for October 2021 - September 2022.

Thank you for considering being a vendor for the Northwood Village Art, Dine and Design (formerly the Art Night Out) is held on the last Friday of each month. All vendor applications are submitted to the jury for approval at 6 pm on the 20nd of each month.

All Vendors must apply once each fiscal year and supply images as requested below. (Our fiscal year is October - September)

Only approved vendors will be allowed to set up during Northwood Village Art, Dine and Design.

There will be NO vendor fee for the Art, Dine and Design event. Yes, you can set up for Free. We do however expect vendors to promote the event and invite their clients to enjoy Northwood Village and all its charm for each event. Social media posts will be available for you to share.

Vendors will be able to pick the dates they wish to attend. We ask that if you have committed to a specific date and for some reason cannot attend that you notify the event coordinators asap so we know how many vendors are expected for each month's event.

Vendors with Facebook accounts we have a Facebook group page called Northwood Vendor Scoop after approval we will send you a link to join the group. This is where we post news about the happening of the ART, Dine and Design for Vendors. This is a private group not open to the public.

Note the Art, Dine and Design event is a rain or shine event. In the case of extreme weather, the event night could be canceled for the safety for all.

After submitting and the voting has taken place you will receive and email from us if you are approved or not. Only approved vendors are allowed at Art, Dine and Design.

    COVID-19 CDC compliance measure will be active during the Art, Dine and Design event.

    For your safety and the safety of others, vendors are recommended to have hand sanitizer at their location and limit clients from touching items for sale.

    No sales, use, or possession of alcoholic beverages are permitted. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax.

    NO vendor fee for the Art, Dine and Design event.

    In order to attract as many visitors as we can we encourage all vendors to invite their followers and let them know that you will be set up in charming Northwood Village. The more everyone shares the more business you and others may get. Research shows that word of mouth is the best form of advertisement so talk about it and spread the word!

    We encourage you to set up every month to keep consistency for your client to know they can find you at the Art, Dine and Design event.

    By filling in this form you are verifying that all provided information is true and you agree to all the terms of being an Arts and Craft Vendor in Northwood Village.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand the rules of Northwood Village Art, Dine and Design as stated above and I agree to comply with them. In consideration for my participation in the Northwood Village Art, Dine and Design, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, indemnify, hold harmless and release the City of West Palm Beach and the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and their respective employees, agents, volunteers, Hennevelt’s Gallery and Gifts and the sponsors of this event from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in the waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing entities and persons to use any photography, motion picture, recording or any other records of me in this event for legitimate purposes. I understand that all or part of the event can be canceled due to extreme weather.
