Support the TES garden and get healthy, locally and organically grown plants for your garden. All of these plants are started and grown by TES students and parents.
You can order your plants now and pick them up during our plant sale the week of April 22nd. See below for pick up options.

This is a great variety of bell pepper. Harvest them green or you can leave them on the plant to get the sweeter, red pepper.

Carmen Pepper, $2/plant
These are a cone shaped, mild pepper. They are best when left on the plant to turn red. They will be as sweet as a red bell but tend to have less disease and blemishes than the bell pepper.

Same kind of pepper as the Carmen described above but you'll end up with a sweet yellow pepper.

These are great frying peppers. Saute them whole in a little oil, add salt, and enjoy. Most of the peppers are mild, every once in awhile you'll get a spicy one.

These are a smaller, tear-dropped shape eggplant that are purple and white colored. They are super tasty, never bitter, and have a thin skin that you don't need to peel.

These are a smaller, "icebox" melon. They will range in size from a soft ball to a little larger than a bowling ball. The rind is green with a yellow "moon and stars" design. The flesh is pink and will have seeds.

Great winter squash to grow in this area. Fairly resistant to bugs and disease. It's good to grow these early in the spring and summer to avoid the bugs. Luckily, these are a good storage squash so they should keep till the fall.
