ASE Accelerator Hub Parameters/Criteria Submission
Join us as ASE celebrates its 50th Anniversary at the ASE 2025 Scientific Sessions on September 5-7, 2025 in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

At ASE 2025, we will kick off the inaugural Accelerator Hub. Just inside the entrance to the Echo Expo, the Accelerator Hub will be equipped for networking and pivotal exchange of information on the latest emerging products in the field of echocardiography.

Two participation options are available to start-up companies:
• Accelerator Hub Start-Up Presentation Package: $3,000
• Accelerator Hub Turnkey Exhibit Package: $7,500

One participation option is available to existing exhibitors companies:
• Accelerator Hub Turnkey Exhibit Package: $7,500

Interested companies should take the first step in the application process by submitting the below qualification form. If your company is approved as an eligible company, you will be contacted by Dana Olson with a link to the Accelerator Hub exhibitor/presenter application to formalize and make payment for your participation.

As part of participating in the Accelerator Hub, companies will be given a 20-minute presentation time slot. Participating companies are expected to be respectful when another company is presenting and not conduct demonstrations that will interrupt or pull an attendee’s attention away. Signing up for these speaking time slots is first come, first serve, and we will not shift times around.

This submission is not a guarantee of approval to participate in the Accelerator Hub.

Overall Participation Parameters/Criteria:
• Two-year participation limit
• Presentations contained to designated area
• Each participating company must comply with all FDA regulations. Contact the Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications at 888-463-6332 with any questions on Food and Drug Administration guidelines

Existing Exhibitor Parameters/Criteria:
• Emerging product/service within company umbrella validated technology but are still pre-commercial or in early commercial phases.
• Exhibiting company must purchase standard exhibit booth space in the exhibit hall in order to participate in this specialized pavilion.

Start-Up Company Participation Parameters/Criteria:
• Early-stage/growth-stage startups that have validated their technology but are still pre-commercial or in early commercial phases.
• Company is a legally formed entity
• Company’s primary product or service is relevant to healthcare
• Company has been in existence fewer than 5 years
• Company has less than $1 million in sales
• The product or service displayed must be the company’s primary business


Please provide as much information as possible about your company. This information will be reviewed before your company is provided the link to the Accelerator Hub exhibitor/presenter application to formalize and make payment for your participation and book your presentation date/time and, if applicable, your turnkey exhibit assignment.
