Seller Participation & Promotion
UPDATED FEBRUARY 2025: To ensure a successful sale, a $20 monthly marketing fee will be charged and deducted directly from your account or payout. This fee helps cover costs for marketing efforts such as Facebook Ads, printed flyers, yard signs, and more. While it's not required as it was in the past, I would absolutely LOVE if you could share the event a few times each month that your items are included in the sale. Spreading the word helps increase visibility and bring in more buyers, ultimately benefiting everyone involved. Your support means the world to me!
Items to Sell & Condition
All items must be in Very Good Used Condition (VGUC) or better, including New Without Tags (NWOT) and New With Tags (NWT). There should not be any sign of wear. Accepted items include:
• Women’s & children’s clothing (Minnies)
• Jewelry & accessories
• New or like-new shoes (no visible signs of wear on the foot area etc)
• Men’s clothing & swimwear
• Women’s swimsuits (must be NWT or NWOT, with liner intact)
You’re welcome to drop off/mail in up to 50 clothing items—more with prior approval—and an unlimited number of accessories. Shoes must be in their original boxes; if not, a $2 fee per pair will be applied to cover replacement boxes.
Please take a moment to carefully inspect your items before dropping off or mailing them in. Items with flaws such as fading, pilling, or stains will not be accepted and will be donated, not returned to the seller.
Three-Month Commitment (Updated as of October 2024)
• Month 1: Items listed at tagged price.
• Month 2: 20% discount on unsold items.
• Month 3: 30% discount on remaining items.
At the end of the three-month commitment, any unsold items will be pulled. Sellers can choose to either pick them up or have them donated. Items cannot be picked up during the active commitment period. Once your items have been picked up, you may request a payout by completing the payout request form on the Seller Hub of my website. Payouts are processed in the fourth month and issued the week after the sale, once pickup or donation preferences are confirmed. Please note: any items marked as picked up on the form but left behind will be assumed donated, as I’m unable to store items. A minimum of $5 from each seller will be donated to the charity of the month—more is always encouraged and appreciated. Sellers are also welcome to use their payout balance at any time to shop in the boutique.
Simplified Fee Structure:
The registration fee is replaced with a $2 per item charge each month, deducted from your payout. This fee covers operational costs, including seller portal, credit card machines, signage etc.
Item Tagging & Portal Use
• LLPB will handle entering all of your items into the portal.
• I take care of pricing and tagging based on what has sold in the boutique. To better understand the pricing structure I use, I encourage you to watch the live sale or stop by to shop the event in person.
• You’ll receive an emailed copy of your payout, and I’m happy to send an account summary upon request. That summary will show you what items are still active and what has sold.
• In the past, giving sellers portal access led to confusion and unintentional changes to pricing. Since I manage all inventory entry, there’s no need for seller access to the portal.
Pricing Guide:
Think APS/Sunshine Sale pricing on your items. On average shifts typically range from $50–$60, cotton dresses fall around $40–$50, and shorts are usually at $25. Tops, pants, skirts and accessories vary quite as there are so many options/styles.
• Tags: LLPB will tag your items. Please note that price on tags includes processing fees.
• Seller ID: Each seller receives a unique ID number. Items will be sorted by size and style on the sales floor.
Pricing (OG Seller information, approval is needed)
• Minimum price: 60% below retail. Any NWT items priced above may will be adjusted.
• Price suggestions from the portal please disregard.
• Returning sellers must re-activate items in the portal, change expiration date, and reduce prices by 30%.
• If your prices are above market value and you choose not to adjust, items may be declined.
• Expired/Picked Up Items: Sellers are responsible to mark their items as returned to seller once picked up.
Payments, W-9s & Taxes
• Sales Taxes: Collected and remitted by buyers on your behalf.
• W-9 Form: Required
annually for payouts; failure to submit will hold your payout.
• Payouts:
Items stay with me for three full months. After the third month ends, any unsold items will be pulled and made available for pick-up, mailed back (shipping fees may apply), or donated during the fourth month. Payouts are processed that same month—specifically, the week after resale weekend. To request your payout, complete the online payout form under the Seller Hub tab. A QR code and iPad will be available during pick-up, or you can fill out the form online if you plan to donate your unsold items.
You can choose to keep your funds as a credit on your account or receive an e-payment via direct deposit (a $10 processing fee applies). No physical checks will be issued. Payouts are only issued once your inventory has been picked up or donated. If you miss the payout window, your payment may be delayed until the next payout batch the following month.
Liability & Ownership
LLPB is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of items. All items must be personally owned or authorized for sale. Items dropped off cannot be withdrawn, and ownership disputes must be resolved privately.
LLPB Commission & Seller Fees
• Commission: 25% for in-person drop-offs; 30% for mailed-in items.
• Entry Fee: $6 for shoppers, with proceeds supporting the monthly charity. VIP tickets $25 are available online.
