In light of the current Biden administration's overreach of power, by the power vested in the Arizona Governor by Article V, Section 4 of the Arizona Constitution, We The People of Arizona are instructing Governor Doug Ducey to immediately call an Emergency Special Session.
The subjects to be considered at the Special Session shall be:
A. Medical Freedom
- Health status shall be codified as a protected class in Arizona
- Any, and all, unconstitutional federal mandates will not be enforceable in Arizona
- Violation by any person(s) or entity shall be considered a felony
B. Election Integrity
- Voting Holiday (eliminate early voting)
- One day (results by 3pm the next day)
- No mail-in / In person only (absentee allowed by request)
- No machines
- Precinct polling
