1. We agree to provide our own artificial tree.
2. We understand we are responsible for supplying all decorations and tools needed to design the tree. This includes all the lighting, skirting, and decorations for our tree.
3. We understand trees should be set up Monday, Nov. 24 or Tuesday, Nov. 25, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise arranged with Beth Sinnwell.
4. We understand trees should be taken down Wednesday, Dec. 10, or Thursday, Dec. 11, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise arranged with Beth Sinnwell. All trees must be removed that day.
5. We understand that Wartburg College is in no way responsible for damage or theft of anything displayed at the Festival of Trees.
6. We understand that logos/signage associated with the tree will be provided by the sponsoring organization, business, or individual.
