Thank you again for donating your time! The position of RSB is one of the most important to the success of this event. While it is great fun interacting and enhancing the enjoyment of our guests, valued brewery partners, etc, it also holds a tremendous amount of responsibility for the critical safety of this event.
By signing below you are acknowledging and agreeing to:
1. First and foremost, follow all RBS rules and guidelines which include:
- NO DRINKING WHILE SERVING!
- NO SERVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
- NOT POURING MORE THAN THE DESIGNATED 2 OZ TASTE.
- NOT SERVE ANYONE WHO: IS NOT 21 OR OLDER, DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER WRISTBAND OR IS OVER INTOXICATED.
- IDENTIFY THOSE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE DRINKING TO YOUR SUPERVISOR OR SECURITY.
2. ATTEND THE MANDATORY 15 MINUTE RBS TRAINING PROVIDED PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT.
3. Unless otherwise directed, PLEASE SHOW UP THE MORNING OF THE EVENT NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m.
4. Sign in at the Volunteer Check-in area (Please allow plenty of time as it may take a while to get parked. Please also carpool if you can. If you come late or leave early you may not be able to serve as a volunteer.)
5. Be prepared to work the full 4 hour shift. (The serving shift is from noon to 4:00 p.m.)
6. Promptly stop serving beer at 4:00 p.m. (You will be relieved by brewery or event staff. Please do not leave the booth unattended.)
7. When finished you will be able to go enjoy the remainder of the festival till 9:00 pm.

All persons attending/volunteering/working or otherwise entering this event must be at least 21 years of age and must show a valid pictured ID. No exceptions. This event will NOT be canceled due to weather. By signing below I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages, death, personal injury or property damage which I may SUSTAIN, or which hereafter accrue to me arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this event, against Brew Ha Ha Productions, Synergy Global Entertainment, Inc, their auxiliary organizations, trustees, officers, employees, and authorized volunteers. I understand and agree that this waiver/release and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs and assigns. I understand I may not be served alcohol at the discretion of the event producers and or staff. I understand that I may be removed from the event, at the sole discretion of the producer of this event and their assignees for any misconducts causing annoyance or danger to others including but not limited to, excessive cursing, aggressive behavior, etc. I give my permission to Producers and all attendees, affiliates, sponsors, media, etc. to use my name, photographs, or any other media including video or audio format collected at this event.
