Engineer Repair Agreement
There is a twelve-month warranty from the date on which your new Scooter or Powerchair was purchased.

This covers the product for repairs or replacement during this period. Please see the full warranty conditions on our website.

If your Scooter or Powerchair has failed through a mechanical or electrical problem within 12 months of purchase, Livewell Today will cover either the cost of an engineer (and parts) or return of the scooter for repair (at the manufacturers discretion). The warranty does not cover user misuse or fault.

Before we can send out an engineer, you must agree to the following.

If an engineer has been sent to your premises and the fault is due to customer improper, misuse or incorrect setup then the customer will be liable for the cost of the engineers visit (£90) plus any parts that may need replacing.
