****As of July 6, 2026, Applications for the ThunderCon 2026 Dealer's Hall & Artist Alley are closed. We are accepting entries for our Waitlist if any applied vendors/artists cancel prior to the event date. Please complete the following if you are interested.****

Information for Vendor and Artist Applicants:
Please complete out the following application to be a vendor or artist at ThunderCon 2026.

Applications will be reviewed, and approvals/rejection will be sent to the provided email address.

If you have not already done so, please purchase an application fee at https://link.abac.edu/thundercon2026 by clicking the "Tickets" button.

Application fees are non-refundable. Submission of a vendor/artist application does NOT reserve a vendor or artist space; submission of an application does NOT guarantee approval.

By submitting an electronic application, you confirm that you have read the vendor/artist terms and conditions and agree to comply in their entirety. Vendor/Artist Terms and Conditions are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the vendor/artist to review the terms and conditions to ensure compliance. In order to qualify for an artist alley table, you must be selling items made by you or be an authorized agent acting for the creator of the items. If you are selling retail items, i.e., mass produced items which you purchased for the purpose of reselling the items for profit, then you must do business from a vendor booth.
