I agree to the following Terms & Conditions. In order to complete your transaction and confirm your travel arrangements, your submission of this authorization form is required. Charges are payable to the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line or other travel suppliers designated by Baylor Travel.
Baylor Travel Cancellation Fees *
Baylor Travel will charge a $100 cancellation fee per person in the event of a cancellation, unless stated differently in another forum. The fee can be paid via PayPal invoice, certified money order or cashier’s check. The cancellation fee must be paid prior to Baylor Travel submitting a cancellation request to the travel supplier. The travel supplier may charge a separate cancellation fee.

Vacation Protection *
Travel insurance is not required but strongly recommended to protect your investment. Unexpected circumstances can occur at any time. A sudden health emergency for you or an immediate family member before or during your trip could alter the course of your vacation. Travel insurance is helpful should issues arise during you vacation like lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, trip interruption or any other unforeseen circumstances. I understand that if I elect to decline travel insurance I am responsible for any cancellation penalties and all out-of-pocket expenses that may occur. Deposits that include air are non-refundable without travel insurance.
