Black Restaurant Showcase Application Form

We are thrilled to invite you to be part of the 2026 L.E.G.A.C.Y. Awards Black Restaurant Showcase! This experience celebrates Black excellence in the culinary space while connecting your brand directly with new clientele and consumers throughout the Chicagoland area.

This initial form serves as your introduction and intake for participation in the showcase. By completing and submitting this form, you are applying to be considered for participation in the showcase on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
