Peace Plaza Wedding Event Venue Application
Thank you for your interest in renting the Peace Plaza for your wedding, reception, or rehearsal dinner.

Please complete the rental application below. Once your rental application is received and approved, the Rochester Downtown Alliance (RDA) will set-up a meeting with you to discuss the rental and provide an invoice which will request payment of your Booking Deposit.

The Booking Deposit is 25% of the total invoice and will officially reserve the event date (until your Booking Deposit is received your date will not be reserved). This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards the rental cost of the Peace Plaza.

Checks are the accepted form of payment for Booking Deposits, and may either be dropped off or mailed to:

Please note: all wedding related events are required to rent the full Peace Plaza at the full day rental cost. The Peace Plaza events may begin at 8:00am and must conclude at 11:00pm.

    Falsification and/or misrepresentation in completing this application may result in rate adjustment or revocation of Event Use Permit and /or future consideration.

    I understand that changes to the above information require immediate notification to the RDA's Event Coordinator.

    I have additionally read and understand the Peace Plaza Rental Policies Handbook and agree to abide by them during the event.
