The L.E.A.F is partnering with Allard Family Farm to deliver pasture-raised, local chicken raised in Bolton, CT.

Each share consists of one whole or half of free-range, fresh-frozen chicken. The 26-week CSA membership runs from May 16th to November 10th. The pick up day is Tuesday during the Spring and Fall CSA, and you can pick up either Tuesday or Saturday during the 18-week summer CSA. Weekly members will receive 26 chickens over the course of the summer, plus one bonus chicken at the end of the season. The 13-week chicken CSA members will receive 13 chickens, Bi-weekly, starting May.

I understand that my full payment entitles me to a weekly share of the poultry of which I have indicated on this form. I understand that Lewis Educational Agriculture Farm will do its best to supply the indicated poultry. I understand that there are risks involved in agriculture and livestock such as weather and crop failure. I understand as a member of this CSA that I share in the risk and accept unforeseen outcomes. I understand if I or another person picking up for me is unable to pick up my CSA share it will be forfeited and donated to Southington Social Services or Bread for Life. I understand that failure to pick up my share during the set pick up time without prior notification will result in loss of my share for the week and it will be donated. I understand that my payment is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another person by giving Lewis Educational Agriculture Farm 1 week written notification prior to transfer. *
