If you are sparring, you need shin guards, arm guards, a mouth piece, and a groin cup(boys). Other equipment may be borrowed from the school. We do sell sparring packages at the front desk.

Volunteering? When are you Available?

*Red and Black Belt’s fee will be completely waived for a day of
Volunteering, but registration to participate is still required. Please fill out the registration for Red/Black Belt Volunteers on the Leadership Page. Attendance in Poomsae/Sparring classes on 10/11 and 10/13 are mandatory for fee waiver. During those classes we will be doing refresher segments on refereeing Poomsae and Sparring.

Release and Indemnity

In consideration of your acceptance of my entry for the MTC Fun Tournament to be held October 16th at Missoula Taekwondo Center, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or which may accrue to me against Missoula Taekwondo Center, the officers or instructors of the organization and any competitor, referee, official, or coach for any and all damages which may be sustained by me in connection with my association with or entry in the above athletic meet, or which may arise out of traveling to, participating in or returning from this athletic meet. I understand that Tae Kwon Do is a contact sport, contains inherent risk of injury, including severe injury and death and I may incur financial damages. I willingly waive any claims for any such damages. I also agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of the MTC Fun Tournament and understand it is the right of the Organizing Committee to disqualify any player for any reason they deem necessary. *
