Sayonara party:

PAYMENT FOR THE MEAL IS TO BE MADE ON THE NIGHT AT THE RESTAURANT - NOT TRANSFERRED WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE.

If you have selected that you or any members you have registered will be joining us for the sayonara party at the Happy Gathering Chinese restaurant, 233 Cowbridge road east, CF11 9AL, on Saturday 15th February. The cost of the meal is £26 per person.

The booking for the table will be made in the second week of January and numbers finalised with the restaurant.

Any cancellations for the meal after the 28th January (or any no shows on the night) will be charged at £18 to minimise the clubs financial loss.

Selecting attendance/non attendance above indicates an understanding and agreement to this.

Please provide all names of any Sensei/senpai/members who will be attending as shimpan/helpers or just as spectators at the event. Again, all names need to be correct to allow entry to the venue.
