Stabling, Paddock & Security Fees

Stabling
Preference will be given to out of town riders and big yards.
Stallions MUST be correctly marked off on the entry form please. There are a limited number of double door stables. *

Paddocks
Allocated on a 1st come, 1st serve basis, but preference will be given to East London riders who are not stabling over night. *

Security Levy- R120 per night, per horse.

Please note: This applies to all horses staying over- if your groom is on site, this does not disqualify you from paying the fee. *

My Horse is a Stallion and/or Needs Double Doors *

- BEC, SAEF, DSA, SJSA, SASA, SAEQA, ELAAIS, the organisers and any officials appointed by these shall in no way be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury sustained by owners, competitors, members of the public or any other person or their property at the BEC riding club for the duration of the show, or any damage or loss which only eventuates after the show, but may somehow be linked to it.
- The competitor undertakes not to bring any horse to the show which has an infectious disease, whether they are notifiable or not. The competitor undertakes to withdraw the horse from the event with forfeiture of the entry fee.
- I declare that the vaccination details entered are valid and were administered by a registered veterinarian.
