I, the undersigned, agree to the transmission of my pre-recorded music, interview and/or performance [or the interview and/or performance of the artist I represent] by participating member stations of the International Local Music Exchange (ILME) .

This includes permissions for both live broadcast stream and on-demand, archived version (or podcast) of the program, available on the above station’s website or through the ILME and its broadcasts.

I agree that my pre-recorded music, interview and/or performance may be recorded, and possibly rebroadcast in a future ILME program. Through the ILME this station may also make the interview and performance available to other non-commercial radio stations for limited, noncommercial broadcast worldwide, including through distributors. This includes excerpting the performance as part of a podcast. In addition, content may be made available in archived form on non-commercial web sites.

I understand that the recording of my performance and/or interview, not the underlying musical work, is the property of ILME and will not be duplicated (except as required in paragraph 3, above), sold or loaned out. I understand that no other use will be undertaken without my express written permission. This station and ILME and its member stations will not use this material for any commercial purposes.
