2. Being a member of the board entails increased responsibilities at the theatre beyond attending board meetings and participating in productions. These include managing the house, working box office, fundraising, publicity, community networking, working special events and much, much more.

Most board members have full-time day jobs, and are called upon to dedicate a significant amount of their nights and weekends to the theatre. Please describe your availability so we can understand your ability to serve as an effective, participating member of the board. With which tasks would you be able to assist and how much time are you willing to dedicate to them, per week? *

3.Please describe what specific skills, qualifications and experience you possess that directly relate to running a successful business and/or non-profit charitable organization. What, in your opinion, can Carrollwood Players do to improve it's business practices and be more successful and profitable. How can you specifically assist with this? *

4. Fundraising is a crucial area of responsibility for members of the board. We are looking for members with specific fundraising experience, ideas and skills that they are willing to implement independently or on a team.
