    (1) Submissions must be sent via the form below and received each week by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday to be included in the following week's newsletter.
    (2) Submissions received after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday will NOT be included.
    (3) Submissions may be sent up to 4 weeks in advance.
    (4) Approval of your VP is required BEFORE submitting the form.
    (5) Please answer all fields completely.
    (6) Please include 1 or 2 sentence excerpt.
    (7) Please write your excerpt in third person (not first or second).
