Club and Society Event Form 2020-21
Please complete this form to submit an event booking request for your club or society.

Please note, restrictions are in place due to the government guidelines surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, so please ensure that you have read the guidance document and understand these before submitting a request.
  • Event/Meeting Details

    Please provide as much detail as possible about your proposed event or activity.
  • Please enter the online meeting details (zoom link and password). These will be published on the whats on pages of our website (for only students to see).
  • Please note, room capacities will limit the number of people that can attend. We will be setting up the event on brunelstudents.com and will cap the capacity in line with the room. Everyone in attendance must sign up and register the attendance prior to the event.

    Venue capacity for socials = 42
    Isambard capacity for classes = 15 + plus an instructor
