Please allow 3 hours before your flight departs. We go direct from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport approx: 1 hour 15 mins no Palm Cove stop. Allowing 3 hours allows time for pick ups in Port Douglas, roadworks, potential delays or long queues when you arrive at the airport. If you miss your scheduled bus you will be allocated seats on the next scheduled bus.

Time is when we commence picking up in Port Douglas. We will email your exact pick up time to approx: 5 minute slot before your transfer based on your accommodation location.

Travelling after 5pm and before 6am? In these hours we only offer private transfers + night fee so please use this private transfers form. Thank you.

Oversize items are not strollers, prams and wheelchairs.

Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards are only permitted on our private transfer service.

Do you need child seats?

Child seats are available but they are not compulsory on Queensland buses over 13 seats. Passengers may bring their own child seat at no charge. If you need child seats they must be booked now so we can allocate and install. Select the number of seats then indicate which on the field below.

What type of child seats?

EG enter: 1 x FFR and 2 x B. Guide: B = booster, FFR = front facing baby seat, RFR = rear facing baby seat.

Cancellation Notice *

Cancellations more than 24 hours before travel receive refund less $18 per adult ($9 one way) and $9 per child ($4.50 one way) to cover fees paid to the shuttle we have booked for you, or choose 100% credit for 24 months. The choice is yours.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before travel no refund is payable. If we have no availability for your booking we will not charge your card and instead advise options.
