  • Please allow 3 hours before your flight departs. We go direct from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport approx: 1 hour 15 mins no Palm Cove stop. Allowing 3 hours allows time for pick ups in Port Douglas, roadworks, potential delays or long queues when you arrive at the airport. If you miss your scheduled bus you will be allocated seats on the next scheduled bus.

    Time is when we commence picking up in Port Douglas. We will email your exact pick up time to approx: 5 minute slot before your transfer based on your accommodation location.

  • Oversize items are not strollers, prams and wheelchairs.

    Oversize are $20 each one way: golf bag, fishing gear, guitar, bike or bike bag, keyboard piano. Surfboards are only permitted on our private transfer service.
  • Oversized items must be identified so your shuttle can provide the capacity. EG. One wheelchair. Please let us know so that we can allocate space. Only oversized items clearly identified on your booking are permitted on board your shuttle. Thank you for your assistance.
  • Child seats are available but they are not compulsory on Queensland buses over 13 seats. Our child seats are not baby capsules, they are standard child seats with harness for rear facing (RFR) or front facing (FFR) installation. Passengers may bring their own child seat at no charge (but must be installed by you if electing this option). If you need child seats they must be booked now so we can allocate and install. Select the number of seats then indicate which on the field below.

  • Weekends: If your transfer date is on a Saturday or Sunday $10 will be automatically added to your total. This is to pay Fair Work Australia rates for drivers at weekends.

    Public holidays run a reduced schedule service. Date pickers are blocked for Queensland public holidays. Please use this form for public holiday transfers.
  • Please enter flight number like QF703, not a booking reference like W5XFYU. Enter NIL if no flight.
  • Time your flight leaves Cairns. Please enter 24 hours time format. For example: 13:30. Please ensure you have selected a scheduled service above 3 hours before your flight. We confirm exact pick up time by email 1-2 days before departure.

    If going to Cairns Accommodation enter NIL and enter pick up time in Port Douglas, then enter your accommodation details in Cairns in the message box at the end of this form.

  • For Cairns Accommodation please select "Cairns City" if you don't see your accommodation and add details in message box including your target pick up time from Port Douglas. All Cairns City, Cairns Ferries, Cairns Accommodation drop off cost $20 flat rate.
