AGREEMENT AND SIGNATURE
The event sponsor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless Art In the Park St. Louis Hills and Friends of Francis Park (AITPSLH), its officers, directors, agents, or volunteers against any and all claims, derivative suits, liability, damages, and loss, including any and all costs, attorney fees, and expenses of whatever kind or nature, incurred by Art in the Park St. Louis Hills, which arises out of any action or failure to act of the sponsor or any of its officers, employees, agents, or other representatives.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Art in the Park St. Louis Hills (AitPSLH) event shall be On September 25th, 2022 during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Setup will take place on Sunday morning, only between 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on September 25th, 2022.
3. All cars/trucks/vans are to be moved from the assigned site by 9:00 a.m. Parking for vehicles is available on the street on a first-come first-served basis.
4. No vehicles may re-enter the park until 5:30 p.m.
5. Any transportation of supplies during the event must be done with golf carts.
6. Booths should stay open and stocked until 4:45 p.m.
